Once we have received your hard-drive it will be carefully packed and shipped to the laboratory. Recovered files will be returned on either DVD or a replacement Hard-Drive (approx $150 extra).
The recovery price is fixed and extremely competitive in the industry. Non-fixed pricing from some vendors can blow out to $4,000. We do not charge a per Mb or per File rate. Pricing varies depending on the extent of the damage, prices are as follows:
Inspection & Quotation FREE when media Unopened and Untampered. All prices quotes exclude GST. Return freight is chargeable and varies depending on your location. Perth metro return is $29 via traceable courier.
